About this safari
Enjoy this affordable Luxury Lodge Safari in Kenya to Tsavo. Tsavo is split in two parts: Tsavo East and Tsavo West, which differ greatly in scenery, though both have intensely warm coloured red sand. Tsavo West has a stunning, volcanic landscape with dense vegetation, whereas Tsavo East is drier and more sparsely vegetated. The Tsavo and Galana Rivers offer refreshing sights of palm trees, and both Tsavos have a remote wilderness atmosphere, and are popular safari destinations from both Mombasa and Nairobi.

Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1Mombasa/Diani - Tsavo East National Park
Leave Mombasa and Drive to Tsavo East National Park and begin safari game drive looking out for wildlife and bird species as you head towards your pre-booked lodge for check in and lunch. Afternoon game drive looking out for more wildlife and birds until 1800. Dinner and Overnight at your pre-booked luxury safari camp or lodge in Tsavo East National Park.
Day 2Tsavo East - Tsavo West National Park
Pre-breakfast safari game drive in Tsavo East National Park. After breakfast check out of the lodge/camp and begin mid morning safari game drive as you leave Tsavo East National Park and drive to Tsavo West National Park with game viewing en-route. Check in to your pre-booked safari camp or lodge in Tsavo West National Park. Afternoon game drive with a visit to Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary 1800: Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge or similar.
Day 3Tsavo West National Park - Mombasa
Early morning breakfast then check out of your safari camp/lodge, enjoy a morning safari game drive with a visit to Mzima Springs where you can view fish, crocodiles, hippos and other aquatic animals from an underground observation tank. Thereafter drive along the Mombasa/Nairobi highway with a stop at Lion Hill Lodge for lunch. After lunch, proceed to Mombasa arriving in the evening.
