Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1Mombasa - Tsavo West National Park
Depart from Mombasa in the morning and drive to Tsavo West National Park and begin looking out for wildlife after entering the park as we head for check in and lunch at the Ngulia Safari Lodge followed by a short rest. Afternoon game viewing en-route to Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary in search of the endangered black rhino and other animals. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.
Day 2Tsavo West - Amboseli National Park
Early morning breakfast then leave for the mid-morning safari game drive which includes a visit to Mzima Springs where Hippos, Crocodiles, different species of fish can be seen in crystal-clear water and lots of different species of birds. Proceed with your game drive visiting the Shetani Lava Flow where you will be able to see Africa's highest snow capped Mount Kilimanjaro from a distance (weather permitting). With game viewing en-route, drive to Amboseli National Park and proceed to your pre-booked safari Lodge or camp for check-in and lunch. Afternoon game drive, with good weather giving the possibility to see the snow capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3Amboseli National Park - Mombasa
Breakfast and thereafter game drive en-route. With clear weather, the morning is always good to view Mount Kilimanjaro and herds of elephants returning to the swamp for morning feeding. Thereafter join the main Nairobi - Mombasa highway and drive to Voi for Lunch. After lunch drive back to Mombasa arriving at your beach hotel in the early evening.
