When you submit a review we collect your name, location, trip title, rating, and review text. Reviews are published only after moderation and only with your consent.

Our server records technical data such as IP address and browser type to protect the site against abuse and spam.

When you use our safari assistant chat, we keep your questions and its answers for a limited time to improve our service and prevent misuse. Replies are generated by a trusted technology partner. Please do not share passport, payment, or other sensitive details in the chat.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, prepare itineraries and quotes, arrange bookings with lodges, parks, and transport partners, and provide support before and during your trip.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Sharing with travel partners

To deliver a safari we share only the necessary details (for example traveler names and dates) with accommodation providers, park authorities, airlines, and ground operators involved in your itinerary.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your trip and meet accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Access to our admin systems is restricted to authorised staff and protected by two-step sign-in.
