We understand plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and amendments are handled. Specific lodge or airline conditions on your quote take priority where stricter.
In short
Cancellations must be sent in writing by email. Charges are calculated from the date we receive your notice:

| More than 60 days | Deposit retained to cover non-refundable costs already incurred |
| 59 to 30 days | 50% of the total trip cost |
| 29 to 15 days | 75% of the total trip cost |
| Fewer than 15 days or no-show | 100% of the total trip cost |
We will try to accommodate date or itinerary changes. Supplier change fees and any price differences are passed on at cost.
If we must cancel your safari for reasons other than events beyond our control, you may choose an alternative trip of equal value or receive a full refund of amounts paid to us.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days. Bank and card processing charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
