Terms
These terms apply to safaris, tours, and travel services arranged by us. Your written itinerary and quote form part of the agreement.
In short
Prices shown on the website are indicative "from" prices per person. Your final price depends on dates, group size, accommodation level, and availability, and is confirmed in a written quote.
A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and the required deposit has been received.
Deposit and balance amounts and due dates are stated on your quote. Unless otherwise agreed, the balance is due before the safari begins.
Park fees, government taxes, and fuel costs are set by third parties and may change; we will notify you of any change that affects your price before travel.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas or electronic travel authorisations, vaccinations, and comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation and cancellation.
Wildlife, weather, road, and park conditions can require changes to routes or lodges. When changes are necessary we will substitute services of a similar standard wherever possible.
Travelers must follow guide instructions and Kenya Wildlife Service and conservancy rules at all times. We may decline to continue services where safety is put at risk.
We select partners carefully but are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, government action, or the acts of independent suppliers, except where the law provides otherwise.
